Regina Burgess is the Director of Professional Development for the Panhandle Library Access Network, a multitype library cooperative. She coordinates continuing education for library staff in the Florida Panhandle. She previously worked at the Northwest Regional Library System, the Florida Department of Corrections, and the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center. She has an MLS from the University of North Texas and a BA in History from New Mexico State University.
