Regina Burgess is the Executive Director of the Panhandle Library Access Network, a multitype library cooperative that provides continuing education, networking, and cooperative purchasing opportunities for libraries in the Florida Panhandle. She previously was the Director of Professional Development at PLAN, and also worked at the Northwest Regional Library System, the Florida Department of Corrections, and the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center. She has an MLS from the University of North Texas and a BA in History from New Mexico State University.

Along with Diana Silveira at Novare Library Services, she publishes NovareFOCUS, a weekly email subscription with 5-minute trainings for library staff.
