With over 19 years of leadership experience as a Director and Program Manager for Federal Library, Information Governance and Records Management contracts.  Renowned for her transformative leadership style, she holds an MBA with a concentration in accounting, and earned a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park. Additionally, she is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), an MPM, and holds a Federal Records Management Certification (NARA). Outside of work, she finds joy in hiking with her beloved dogs Gracie and Reagan, indulging in baking, diving into a good book, tackling mountain biking trails, and nurturing her passion for gardening.
