Please note that group discounts are not available for daily passes or preconference workshops except as part of the Gold Pass. We are also unable to apply discounts to existing registrations.

The Computers in Libraries 2025 exhibit hall will feature leading-edge companies offering visitors a choice of products in all aspects of library technology, including web-based products and services, integrated library and information systems, online services, document delivery services, internet software tools, content suppliers, search services, and more. If you are looking for a particular product, evaluating competing systems, keeping up-to-date with new products and developments, the exhibition is a must-attend. Access to Exhibits is included in all pass options! Exhibits will be located on the Independence Level of the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.
Registration will take place on the Independence Level of the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. All attendees must check-in at the registration desk prior to attending sessions or visiting the exhibit hall to pick up their badge, final program, and other important conference materials.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted room rates have been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City for attendees who book through the official housing bureau, Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC). Please see the Venue page for more information.
Registration cancellations received before January 1, 2025, will receive a full refund with no fees. Registration cancellations received between January 1 and February 21, 2025, are subject to a $75 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant when submitting any substitution request. After February 21, no refunds will be issued.

Information Today, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of their suppliers nor for the safety of any Computers in Libraries 2025 participant while in transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the attendance fee.
Special dietary requests and/or accessibility accommodations may be arranged with advance notice. Depending on the circumstances, additional fees may apply.
