Felicia Beaudry is the Business Development Manager at Equinox Open Library Initiative, where she works to introduce organizations to open source software opportunities. Felicia earned her M.L.I.S. in 2000 from the University of South Carolina. She has more than 20 years experience in public, academic, and special libraries. The use of technology to enhance the user experience and community outreach has been a focus of her work over much of her professional career.

They invest in open source technologies and positively contribute to a variety of open source and professional communities through education, software development, and consulting.
