Judi Rudisill is a Systems Analyst with the City of Virginia Beach. She has over 25 years experience supporting public library technology including system administration of five different library management systems and three ILS migrations. Judi currently coleads the Federated Library Technology Team at Virginia Beach Public Library. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Aided Design from Eastern Michigan University.
