Katlyn Murphy is the EResources and Systems Assistant at Gleeson Library, University of San Francisco.  She is responsible for assisting project leads in a variety of tasks, such as website maintenance, customer inquiries, and library system concerns. Her research interests include web design, customer service support, web accessibility, and UI/UX design.
