Hello Everyone!

My name is Mark Schuster, and I currently serve as a Regional Director for the Metropolitan Library System in Oklahoma City.  I have over 20 years of public library experience, where I am dedicated to empowering staff and creating great experiences for library guests.  

One recent initiative to create great guest experiences was the implementation of StackMap for our library system.  StackMap provides mappable "Find It" buttons for every item in our catalog, allowing guests to better orient themselves to our collections and find the materials they are looking for - on their own terms.

I'm excited to speak about this process at Computers in Libraries 2025 conference!
