Naheed Vadsaria

Naheed Vadsaria graduated with a Master of Business Administration and concentration in Information Systems from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. While at Johns Hopkins, she designed an Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things curriculum which she used to teach Nigerian girls at Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (WTEC) She Creates Camp in Lagos, Nigeria. Naheed is also a United States Navy Reserve officer and previously worked as a Customer Success Manager at Babel Street. She is  a freelance contributor to the Diplomatic Courier and published an article entitled Africa's Daughters Rising, where she discusses WTEC, Nigeria’s education system, and how African governments can bridge the digital divide by incorporating STEM throughout the school systems.  She currently volunteers for Big Brother and Big Sister in Oahu, Hawaii.  Naheed holds a Master in International Policy Studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.   She speaks Urdu and French, and previously served as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in The Gambia.
