Lennea, a lifelong book lover, has worked full-time in libraries since 2009. She worked at the American University Library from 2009-2014. She joined Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) in Maryland in 2014 and has been the Digital Strategies Manager since 2016. As part of Digital Strategies, she works on MCPL's websites, social media channels, and electronic communications as well as the staff Intranet and other internal communications. Lennea holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and Spanish studies and a master's degree in psychology, both from American University.
