Amy Swackhamer is the Web Services Librarian at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she manages website interface design, content management, site evaluation, and other aspects of the websites maintained by the Libraries. Over her career, she’s helped run the websites of public, special, and academic libraries, as well as other kinds of organizations, learning to wrangle the broad, dynamic array of considerations necessary for enterprise websites.
