Meg has worked in digital communications supporting county departments in digitizing workflow and innovating service with technology. In addition to standard public services, her breathe of experience also includes declared disaster response. Her ability to examine public services and think outside the box to form creative solutions that enhance service delivery and customer support bring new and fun tools into public departments. 

Meg holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University, and earned her master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University.
