Kim Bolan is the Chief Operating Officer at the Allen County Public Library (ACPL) in Indiana where she directs library operations for fourteen locations. Prior to ACPL, Kim was the President and Principal Consultant of Kimberly Bolan and Associates (Rethinking Libraries) for fifteen years and worked with hundreds of public, K-12, and university libraries in 35 states and abroad specializing in facilities planning, technology, and 21st century library services. Kim is also an ALA author, a Library Journal "Mover and Shaker" and a recipient of Indianapolis Business Journal's "Forty under 40" award.
