Luke Ferdinand is the Manager of Technology Support Services for the University of Pittsburgh Library System. He’s been with Pitt since 2000, beginning at the Hillman Library reference desk, and eventually working in Systems. He currently manages a team in support of new technology initiatives throughout Pitt’s campuses. Luke received his Master’s in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and is a social media and new media enthusiast, producing podcasts, video content, microblogging and streaming music since 2005.
