A versatile professional Library and information scientist and social economic Development Specialist with wide range of experience in a variety of information and research-related areas including economic development project implementation, project planning, poverty and inequality eradication strategies, Monitoring and Evaluation.  Strong skills in formulation of theory of change and performance indicators for projects and development project appraisal strategies. He holds a Double major Bachelor of Arts Degree in Library Information Science and Development Studies from The University of Zambia. Currently he is a Student at Anna University in India studying Masters of Business Administration General Management. He also holds a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from National Institute of Labour Economics, Research and Development in India. He also holds another certification in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management and also a certificate in Diplomatic Practice, Protocol and Public Relations from Zambia Institute of Diplomatic Studies.

He is currently working for Examinations Council of Zambia as an Information and Documentation Officer under Research, Planning and Information Department. He heads the information section. He is affiliated to Library and Information Association of Zambia where he served in the executive for 4 years from 2021 to 2023.  He is currently serving as a Secretary for the Special committee on Special Libraries under  African Library & Information Associations & Institutions (AFLIA).
