Sung Kim leads many digital initiatives, overseeing the digitization and digital preservation of special and archival collections. In addition, she collaborates with colleagues to diversify LAPL's special collections, ensuring they represent the diverse Los Angeles community. She is also a part of day-to-day operations, including the DIY Memory Lab, reference services, and staff training.
